It seems that the Great and Super succ is bugged right now: i leveled three 5* servants from 0 to 90, and not a single time it wass normal succ, some people in discord have the same thing happening to them. CE enhancement looks to be working as intended.

Yep the servant level up is bugged. Probably will be fixed asap though.
