Human Rights Watch reports new evidence of Ukrainian use of anti-personnel landmines

Ukraine in 2005 ratified a 1997 international treaty banning such mines and mandating the destruction of stocks of the weapons.

That's a violation of international law. If we call Russians war criminals for breaking international law we should call Ukranians too.
