I never follow assistant manager suggestions (apart from tackling for players with yellow crds). I feel the suggestions are random, and will mess up my gameplan.
100%, even my assistant managers with amazing stats get ignored because they talk rubbish.
As a youngster I used to do exactly what they said at all times, and then wonder why I'm losing when my tactic gets destroyed by their crappy advice
