I guess it was bound to happen. Hopefully this will be good for a smaller venues though, as people such as myself who do not want to associate with Ticketmaster will choose events at any other venue over the Scotiabank Center now.

I do think Ticketmaster may help in the long run get some bigger names to Halifax. That doesn't mean I think it's worth it but I can see why they would make this decision.

I don't see how ticket master gets us bigger names than we already get. We could more more frequency in our bigger shows, but I think the problem is more population and location based. I don't think Ticket Atlantic was our limiting factor.
