Us claiming "keepsies for realsies" on land and resources under the guise of the same international laws they're actively breaking and have been for decades is pretty on par for an imperialist power that's nearing the FO stage 🙄

The US has not ratified UNCLOS and is not bound by it, so their territorial claims do not need to be bound by UNCLOS either.
