I think we need bolder strategy. We could develop a 2 team approach where one team is made of up people who make one dollar amount and the other team is made up of everyone with less than that dollar amount. I think we will be much better distributed results.

For EVs they were able to improve battery life and extend range via software updates. It was pretty neat as a EV owner.
