Interesting, I just learned that Parsley, left to flower, attracts bees. I didn’t realize that Parsley flowered! I’d never thought about it before. I’m now growing some Parsley and plan to let it flower. Good to know that it will attract Swallowtails as well!

I have seen some odd shapes over the years. I have no idea what causes them though. It will still be tasty!
