As someone else said, a good protein-based breakfast helps not be too hungry for lunch, and I'd add that if caffeine is tough but necessary, switch to black/oolong tea, you can add cream/sugar and it's close to milk coffee. Much lower caffeine, yet still works.
Hopefully with a retirement plan to go with it.
Retirement without any plans often ends in (worse) depression and anxiety.
