• • 总的来说，觉得关城市规划的事，而且要做到每个城市公共设施齐全，公司愿意投入，就业机会进来，才能平均每个城市公交盈利，才能平均每个城市人口拥挤。
• • 可能每个城市重叠公司预算很高，搞个城市分部就好，公司觉得花费和人口盈利能接受，就不用都挤首都，造成赛车，或许不塞车也是一种节资来说服商业。
