Cool, ich liebe Statistiken, gibt's mittlerweile so ne app für jedermann?
Oder kann man wenn man bissl tech affin ist sowas selbst bauen? Tips wo man da mal für reinkucken kann?
I also started 4 or 5 months ago. Lately added hybrid calisthenics (free app) two or three times a week to my schedule. Before that I didn't do any sports for years, plus I'm quite heavy, probably the unfittest regular in the bouldering area.
There are definitely boulders I lack pure strength. But for a lot of the boulders slightly above my comfort level technique can do the trick. I sometimes just ask the pros that seem to be here each day of the week. Even though they could easily do it by strength, they usually try to help me find a technique to overcome the strength deficit on a certain problem.
About progress... I don't really think about it as "I need to move to the next level". I usually start with some very easy ones to warm up, then do harder problems up to where I can't complete them. Try again, again and stop before I get frustrated. Then do an easier one again. That way progress is somewhat fluent.
In my gym they are numbered, one being the easiest. I can do some 3s, I would try 4 and 5 too. When I make it quarter way into a 5 I'm happy, thats a win for me already. Can't even hold the start? I don't care, it's a hard one. But I notice I can do 3s more often lately.
That being said, I don't decide on moving forward, I just have fun and progress just happens.
