Having worked for social security for 5 years, and now 20 years in IT, I'm totally not surprised. No idea what part of this website is, but you can either afford redundancies or downtown.
Centralized social media is as viable as any other digital media, but like many other services there's not a lot of room for growth once you reach the plateau. This is fine for a private company, but doesn't translate well to public or investment platforms who's returns are based on profit growth over consistency.
I hear their CEO is particularly crazy obsessed with how much they lose to theft.

Lack of basic sort and filter features its own website even uses.
My 1 star review has been there for well over a year. The app is utterly unusable.
