There's also the fact that he also had to "apologize" for attempts to cover it up and make sure it didn't go public by pressuring victims (or had his manager doing it). Only apologized after someone finally did go public with evidence.
THANK YOU. As a teacher, this guy made me rage hard. And even harder when older teachers who already hate technology latched on to it as an excuse. Show me evidence for fucks sake when middle school teachers are ALSO now teaching multiple subject areas, have way less prep time, the school has less money, are also responsible for live online grading and access to assignments.
No, you're not listening. I am a teacher. Peers in my field tell students not to trust the information in Wikipedia articles because they are inaccurate since anyone can edit them. They are teaching a mistrust of Wikipedia solely because anyone can edit them. This has NOTHING, again, NOTHING to do with sourcing an academic paper.
That was me. Teachers tell students "it can't be trusted because literally anyone can edit it." Nothing to do with sources. Tech illiterate people or people manipulated by right wing media believe that Wikipedia has bad information
See the thing is tons of exhausted teachers just keep teaching the same shit every year; many of them teach the stuff they learned when they were in school. So a crazy number of them do in fact still teach kids that Wikipedia can't be trusted because anyone can edit it
What sucks the most is this is win-win for conservatives. Dismantle and erode trust in the government, job is either taken up by private entity stealing government dollars, or by putting more work on individuals who will not get more pay for doing the work
1920s - Corporation Genius idea: "self service groceries" - put the product out so people have to fetch the items themselves. Less employees, record profit! But no fairsies, stop stealing!
2000s - Corporate Genius idea: "self service checkout" - People scan their own products that they went and got from the shelves. Less employees, record profit! But no fairsies, stop stealing!
Solution? Tax the employees more to pay for police to protect our record profits!
Speaking of abusive people...
I didn't think Yahoo generates it's own news. This is from a website called Upworthy
I'm so confused. If they were legally detaining him, why are they in secret hoodies hiding their faces and running away

Also, I love fediverse. Rational mind heaven
If you think of it let me know!

Nobody here ever said it can be used as a source

If you haven't rdr2, that's your new priority. Balls worth admiring.
I feel like JPs blunt, no-spin response is evidence of his disapproval
Almost makes you realize that it's the people, not the trains fault
*stressed at work
I'm taking a day off to get caught up on my to do list!
This is great! Ah, screw it. Mental health day. I'm gonna relax!
Fuck why did I waste my day off??

Have you tried your local barista?
Also because they need a person on standby when Roxy and Joe inevitably quit
It's still the same as what they're saying.
Why do the hours suck and how can they fix it? Hire more full time nurses. Why are they denied sick and vacation leave? Under staffing.
Why can't/don't they? Broken system
If US, the guy yelling about running her over would be revealed as an off duty officer
