It's supposedly due to the IMAX cameras producing too loud a noise and Nolan's refusal to use post filming dialogue replacement. I read / watched on YouTube that they used a sound proof box to try and mute the camera machinery but I'm guessing they've also ramped up the volume post production due to his poor track record and that's now doubled the effect
Not sure how tech savvy you are but you could always buy music CDs. They are still a thing. You can also buy some pretty premium MP3 players if you know how to burn music CDs. Vinyl is also fun to collect. Browsing in a CD / vinyl shop is a great way to spend an afternoon
Can't quite remember the exact cost but because the vets had to special order it in they had to charge the whole vial rather than per dose as no one else was using it. Costs a couple of hundred pounds that lasted quite a few jabs. This was a few years ago in the UK. Not sure about the costs now.
Speak to your vet about possibly administering interferon. As far as I know the evidence for interferon to treat FIV is iffy at best but have had a positive experience myself.
Don't forget that a lot of the symptoms that manifest (weepy eyes etc) are secondary and even if the interferon doesn't help manage the FIV you might see positive effects on any secondary viral infections.
Depending on where you reside, interferon can be VERY expensive though. There might be a cheaper oral alternative but I'm only familiar with the injectable versions.
Not sure about Merrell but the shoes I'm familiar with are known as barefoot shoes. Designed to feel like you're walking barefoot. Can be used for trail running. Not cheap unless you catch the last pair on clearance but if you like playing barefoot then they might be worth a shot too. I think there's a few brands that do them but the one I'm familiar with is https://www.vivobarefoot.com/
As you say, it is a little bit blown out of proportion and perfectly reasonable to rely on tools that can make your life a little easier but the article does make a good argument about not wanting AI 'slop' in video games / art in general.
What also doesn't sit right with me is how the studio didn't bother declaring that AI was used in the game. 'lovingly crafted, with a touch of dishonesty and intellectual theft'
Nasal rinsing does a pretty good job at clearing up rhinitis but unfortunately it doesn't always get to the deeper part of the sinuses. People who suffer from chronic sinusitis don't always get the same degree of relief from just a nasal wash so this would be helpful in those cases.

'Why do teenagers kick the can down the same lane every year?'
So much anger

If I remember right it's Japanese with English subtitles. Don't think there was an English voiceover
Looks amazing!

My dehumidifier hates you, you mould shill
I'm guessing it's because stating it as it is would give him the benefit of doubt.
So others can't have them too.

Just a casual gamer and I didn't even know this game existed until its release date. Can see why sales didn't meet expectations.
Well, they didn't get to where they are now in life without some sacrifices (of other people's time and money)!
Also you need to teach me the hand sign for "you're a fucking wanker" I would very much like to use that more often.
The irony is that airline ticket prices will likely still continue to go up regardless...
Dominos pizza! I knew I tasted something fishy
Never knew about this. Very cool.
