Yeah, hell a ton of the games on my wishlist are indie games and are even on the PS4/Switch. With diminishing returns whatever next gen consoles we get are competing with their predecessors in ways that have never been true before. I'd be shocked if I actually wanted to replace my PS5 before 2030. I may not need to until the PS7 hits, if it ever does.

Can you conjure up some compelling proof AI is actually any good at this? Because my experience with literally anything I know well enough to provide my own summary of is that it's just about certain to be hilariously incorrect.

They don't all do this, though - research seems to use imaging and other observational techniques, self reporting isn't the only source. Brain imaging is one, and I know they've demonstrated variance in automatic pupil responses to back up self report. I think they have also used it as a research control in other studies after that, but I don't know a ton about it. [EDIT: as someone else pointed out it seems like they literally do include that in this case]

The Department of Health will issue guidance that it's super not linked to cancer and safe to drink straight (bonus: this also cures the measles, which is good because they're back "somehow"!) to intentionally undermine any lawsuits, and the USDA will cut off farm subsidies to anyone who doesn't comply in practice.
