Typically, in website accessibility lawsuits, a visually impaired Plaintiff will allege that a company’s website is inaccessible and incompatible with screen-reading software such that the individual is denied full and equal access to the company’s website in violation of the ADA and the Unruh Act. In these cases, a Plaintiff will seek statutory damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees both individually and on behalf of a class of persons similarly situated. Plaintiffs have been testing this theory of ADA liability in courts across the country for years, with New York, Florida and California being the most active.
One other thought: I believe that it's possible to run macOS in a VM in Linux. The macOS license technically doesn't allow that, and I also don't know if that would be sufficient for running XCode or for publishing to the App Store. I've never tried any of that myself, but have heard that at least running it in a VM is possible.
Thanks, I fully agree that AI can be controlled in the ways you mentioned. I think most of the discussion around AI not being fully controllable is in the context of if the AI is running as it currently is.

From what I'm reading, only the songwriter gets paid for terrestrial radio play in the US. Crazy stuff. This is crazy, considering that there are some covers that were hits when the original song wasn't. I don't know if this has changed recently though.

I have heard in the past that it's not possible to fully control AI. Like literally, the people developing and running the AI cannot fully control its behavior. I think that we're going to continue seeing unwanted behavior from AI.
This has been an issue for Japanese adult game developers for a while now. Here's an article from the same site from 1.5 years earlier that provides a bit more context. It seems like there's either confusion or perhaps malicious misinterpretation of Japanese laws going on.
I wonder if they could somehow open a bank account in the US or somewhere else outside Japan, get the proceeds from their games sent there, and then transfer from one bank to another, or as a last resort even going in person and transporting the cash by hand.

It also appears that the server-generated list requires that the original post link to an external "article" to cross-reference. I've edited my post to say I consider it solved.
