Just like any other drug, if you use it every single day you're going to get addicted and have problems.
Its hard to feel sorry for someone who does that. Learn some self control. I've been through heroin withdrawals in my youth as well as the seizures that come with benzo withdrawals and I figured out before I was 19 "huh, it seems like if I take these drugs every day I'm going to get addicted"
Its common sense.
It really is not that hard to skip a couple days here and there even if you're a fiend. And if you're a poly drug addict just switch drugs every 3 days or so. I did that for a time after 19 and I did it heavy and had zero withdrawals when I quit doing it that way. So there's really no excuse for that shit. Learn how to control your addictions or go to rehab.
The drug war sure isn't working though, is it? The courts ruin way more lives than addiction does.
Idk what the answer is but this prohibition across the board is stupid and doesn't actually help anyone.
I find myself hating the physical drugs existence less and less and hating the addict who lacks any modicum of self control more and more as time goes on. Go through the withdrawals and move on, no excuse.
There seems to be a significant percentage of the population that needs its hand held for every single thing. That's why we can't get OTC antibiotics, that's why they won't prescribe pain pills anymore to people who need them, that's why they have created a prison system that is the most filled per capita of any country even though we aren't even close to the size of others. People who lack self control have ruined it for others who know how to manage medications/drugs effectively and not do it every single day and then act surprised when they start having withdrawals.
I know people who can't get pain medicine (again because of all the fucking addicts who lack any self control ruining it for everyone else) and kratom and 7OH is all they have to manage that pain. So of course its going to be demonized. Can't have people being helped if it can make them feel warm and tingly as a side effect.
When called to court to testify coroners do absolutely give their opinion about the deaths.
Also reminds me of Gary Webb's coronor saying there is a "distinct possibility" that someone could shoot themselves twice in the head. And he wasn't even in court
I don't need help I am saying the link they posted (I see it wasn't you now) doesn't have cs.run.ru on it and you were saying it did but its not there.
Ahhh I understand. So it is the actual usuage of words in a specific order?
Well paraphrasing would probably solve this problem then wouldn't it? Just paraphrase every line or paragraph saying the same thing but with different words
I was thinking it was an embedded watermark and if you just opened a text file and typed it all out on your own then it wouldn't flag it
So they do sync it up to make me hit every single red light if I'm running late for work in the morning and speeding! /s
I bet it would be hard being a paranoid schizophrenic right now in this surveillance state that's being manufactured.
Or maybe its liberating since it would all be true "See, I told you the television was listening to our conversations! Here's an article about it in The NYT"
Wait until these kind of metrics of "rewardable" and "punishable" drivers shows up on your car insurance rates.
There's always a dollar to be made with all this data they are harvesting and this is just a small beginning of a series of steps that are playing out far faster than I had ever dreamed they would.
Edit: you know I just thought about how it said begins rewarding drivers. That means they had to test this out for at the very least several months of getting all the data of "bad" and "good" drivers.
I seriously wonder what else they've tested out like that with traffic and whatnot. Mixed in with the surveillance in new vehicles 2027 and onward and this is going to get pretty wild
Dude I agree with you and I've made this argument on here many times before but people aren't having it.
I think shitposting and memes is an actual use case for AI and I think people hating it just to hate on it is ridiculous. Like absolutely stupid.
Making shitmemes with AI isn't taking your job away. It isn't stealing from a real artist. IT IS A SHITPOST
People take this shit way, way too seriously.
Now, video games or magazines or something where someone would usually be paid to produce something yes then its a problem.
edit: saw a dude say something about because people are still using data centers to make their memes and I could understand that being part of the hate.
For running your own local AI to churn out memes though? Who fucking cares.
I remember when people bitched about using templates to make memes too. Ridiculous.
Stubhub is better. Albeit sometimes slightly more expensive. Last time I bought from them (admittedly years ago) I didn't have to show them anything except a credit card number.
Unless you live in a state with closed primaries. Then its forced! And you only get to see the party you registered with and independent counts as its own
Had a guy try to sell me crack on the tram one time. I had my child and her mom with me at the time.
Another dude I know got beat down and robbed on the tram.
I live in a city notorious for violence but it seems people forget that not every mode of public transportation is safer than having your own.
Edit: I find the down votes funny because its like "fuck your personal experiences" anyone who has ever ridden public transportation in Chicago or Baltimore or St Louis or any place like that will be quick to tell you to be very careful depending on which part of the city you are going to. No amount of down votes will change reality.
For those of you that live in nice places good for you I'm glad you have a positive experience with your public transportation.
You're talking about when they pulled out of France because the police of France said it was a criminal os?
I didn't see where he said anything bad about that just that they had said that in a newspaper and they weren't comfortable operating within the country anymore. I don't blame them for that
You are right about this it should be labelled properly
For those 3 people that got off horsey that seems like it was a life changing substance for them though.
Like any addictive substance if you take it every day you're going to get physically and mentally addicted.

He doesn't even have any remorse for this you can tell by his statement.
This is a statement from a court case though.
Maybe they have two different ones?
Ahhh I understand. So it is the actual usuage of words in a specific order?
Well paraphrasing would probably solve this problem then wouldn't it? Just paraphrase every line or paragraph saying the same thing but with different words
I was thinking it was an embedded watermark and if you just opened a text file and typed it all out on your own then it wouldn't flag it
In the link you shared? It is not.
Edit unless there's another part of this I can't see on mobile?
Losing bot followers is not the same as losing money and your livelihood I hope you can understand the difference between the two.
So they do sync it up to make me hit every single red light if I'm running late for work in the morning and speeding! /s

I never considered this but I bet you're right.
Had a guy try to sell me crack on the tram one time. I had my child and her mom with me at the time.

He isn't the main dude anymore is he? I thought he doesn't make comments or posts any.ore after that whole fiasco and just does the software.
This isnt true I can't tell if this is a joke or not.
There's some footage of it doing its thing and it really does seem to blow it out like a candle.
Yeah fuck these guys for sure but dude you didn't have to fucking prance out in front of them either that was a stupid way to try and stop it.
It is working now
