I've been experiencing the same thing, and also it seems I can't log in on Perchance.... Says "there was a problem connecting to the server ¯_(⊙ʖ⊙)/¯ check your internet connection?" My internet connection is excellent, I bet it's also a server-side issue, like the generators being down.
That makes sense, I hope everything works out
The image button on the character chats doesn't work for me... Idk what's going on exactly but hopefully this outage is fixed soon.
