The only thing I think is reasonable is in cities like SF, the HoA pays for elevators to operate and usually a full-time security guard(s). Its annoying that if I get a condo that I have to pay an HoA fee (some are insane and basically just rent) but if its reasonable I can see it being worth it.
But in suburbs? I genuinely have no idea why I would want to be in one. And the fact that youre forced to pay dues just because the previous owner of the home youre trying to buy was in it is wild to me

It tries to be witty and humorous at times, sometimes its clever but it ends up just being kind of an average action/thriller movie--but that is a big negative when people expected a good horror movie.
It's a shame because the first made such a return on investment that the second one had an increased budget but the creative decisions kind of doomed it.

I even meet "Christians" that know literally nothing about the Bible; I found out recently that my grandmother who is always talking about God, is literally illiterate and knows maybe the story of the Virgin Mary and that's it.
Also, the 100% God and 100% Man thing is a debate that has churches quarreling to this day.
From a logical point of view it's nonsensical and from a faith point of view it's up to interpretation depending on what the stance of your denomination is--which in my experience, most people dont even know to which they belong.
I literally never mentioned those specific states, I just cited an actual example that happened where the Supreme Court refused to rule on a dispute between States because they knew that the federal government couldn't enforce anything

If I was the president and I cut back rules so States could decide I guarantee laws like that would be passed within a week.
The more I read about it the more im glad that the federal government is strong enough to stop States from extorting or attacking each other (like how New York would basically bully New Jersey). What I noticed is that he will mention when someone is black, but not any other race.
Once you notice it, it's really apparent that when they meet someone it's on their mind that whole interaction and even if they're not like overtly racist, the fact that they like think about it past a certain level is kinda weird.

Tbf we should always aim for slight inflation. You want to incentivize people to use their money on things so it circulates, and it being slightly depreciating is the best way to do that.
If it was the best option long term to just stuff money into a mattress and sit on it for a decade then that has it's own problems

I feel like the rise of live service games and rogue-likes that are based around incremental progression definitely shifted the status quo to everyone having like 1 game, maybe 2, where they spend most of their time. Every game seems to demand you commit more and more time.
The only exception I can think of is Paradox Grand Strategy type games (which is my secondary "main" game)
I help people alot, and I actually had to cut my mother off because she essentially pissed away $48k I gave for her financial stability over the course of 2 years via Amazon and TikTok shop. My father also owes me $5k dollars of stolen labor when I barely got out of the military and had nothing. (He used the money from my work to pay off other people he owed money)
Some people are deadweight and having to take care of themselves is not a bad thing. People like that have children with the same beliefs that are also deadweight. My brother had to have the shock of having a child that was the first person he loved so much to square away and stop being a felon.
I dont think people are worth nothing inherently, there is some inherent value in people. You should help people if you're able but I can barely keep myself up, and I was miserable electing to support people, I could not imagine being forced to.
I think this modern techno-feudalism where everyone is a wageslave is depressing bc no one can realistically own anything while living fulfilling lives unless they inherent wealth or defraud/scam commonfolk. I think removing everything that kids have a bit of a hard time trying to grasp just teaches kids to give up if anything isn't immediately apparent. Its not as much of a waste of time as cursive, and it's to be taught to think in another way.
I think that kids "learning how to learn" is really important, especially with how these AI models are stunting like a whole generation of people.

But if that wasn't a problem I think it would definitely help university degrees "matter" again and it would be more feasible to make free for those who pursue it.
