on Corny Keg fermentation · c/homebrewing · 1 pts · 1yI would think that inspecting it often would be the best thing. I use a spunding valve and I take it apart and clean if I suspect any gunk. Also I use keg lube on the valve part to make sure it doesn't gum up.
