Agreed, also they have to move slow to reduce losing to many troops, cause Russia still vastly out numbers them in just quantity. If you get reckless and start losing to many people/equipment it could go south.

Artillery continues to be high, seems to help a lot as Russians can't go on the offensive without sustaining big personel losses

Them being able to move the Himar's up a bit has shown huge dividends, especially on russian artillery.
