The details aren't all there yet, but potential options:
scalping - put an upper limit order value or max number of an item in place. You can't completely remove scalping, but if they can maintain stock, there isn't a real need to go to a scalper.
30% of what is the current grocery price. If other stores drop their price then I would expect the price differential will drop but the objective will be met then.
Odds are the municipal store won't compete on every item, but more the essentials. I'd expect it to look more like an Aldi than a store with 60 options. Lower prices should cause higher turnover of perishable items and lower variety would minimize hitting expiration dates. Shrink is where a lot of profit is lost in grocery stores, so it's a good thing to target. Municipal store should also be able to use some government beuracracy (food stamps, food banks) already in place to have lower overhead.
it should be able to be self funded but realize it will likely start linking together food security programs (food stamps, wic) which would look like it is getting extra gov funding even though the tax burden wouldn't change.
The magic numbers are helpful to give you insight you missed something. I hated The Thin Red Line initially (I expected an action movie) but gave it a 2nd shot when I saw the high reviews. Enjoyed it more the 2nd watch.
In case no one has seen the study, the issue is people don't know which part of the revolution is tied to independence day, not they are clueless of what is going on.
Indiana suspended gas tax from April until July 7th. It will likely keep getting extended as long as Trump wants it. We're sub $3 in areas of the state.
We also cut school budgets so my kid won't have a full time PE, art, or music teacher next year. I'm sure it's unrelated.
Someone has never tried to get 2 toddlers into a car to go pick up food, get them in the store and then get back in the car. The $10 extra cost to have a pizza delivered vs pickup can be very worth it.
I don't use delivery often, but you really need to realize not everyone lives the same life parameters as you.
I've been a full size candy bar house for a while. Buying bulk candy bars spiked in 2021. Boxes usually average about $1.25 per bar, but you can find sales at Costco at $0.60 each if you aren't picky on exact candies.
Non-candy options I sprinkle in that are hits are rice krispy treats, bags of microwave popcorn (unpopped) and the packaged 2 pack of cookies.
Banning the soy sauce packets would force a mindset change. A new solution would be restaurants having the full size bottles and when you pick up, you can bring a Tupperware to fill.
It likely wasn't done on an electron microscope, or at least there is no reason to. There is no scale bar, but quick look online tells me a very fine needle is about 0.016in. 500x magnification optical lens would give you more than enough resolution for a photo like that.
If you're wrong about the sun, no one will be saying much.
I bet she probably bought the flag herself
It's Brendan Fraser in the movie The Whale

How do you play slapcup then?
It's ranking the last place teams of each division from last season, so Bengals didn't qualify.
Players are off January to June.
I do feel bad for the auxillary folks though.

Definitely a US grocery store.
195 or 310 is piece count. The bags are usually sold by rounded weight (3 or 5lbs).
He was fired by Bob Kraft and didn't get to leave on his own terms.

Anyone else just use the plastic net that onions come in until it gets gross?
Chicago and Washington DC are different cities. Are you contending the Pope shouldn't come to the US if the President has something planned?
