Solid Edge is what had me keeping a Win10 instance for a while, but finally gave up on it after the OS kept corrupting itself. Started learning Onshape instead, which is web based and works under Linux. It's a passable replacement for doing basic 3d sketches.
I'm thinking this will be my next printer. Core XY with the 4 print head quick changer looks amazing. I've been using my Ender 3 S1 Pro for a few years, which works but has taken a lot of fiddling to get to work well.
Military can hire an outside firm to examine the redesign issues, hand them tens of millions of dollars to do it. After a couple years just drop the issue once the orange man-child is out of office. Generals can tell him it's being worked on while changing nothing, and some senator's favorite contractor (probably General Dynamics) gets a cash windfall for doing jack shit.
Used to be ice cream, is now called something like "frozen dairy dessert". Their strawberry ice cream used to be really great: milk, cream, sugar, egg, strawberry. That's it. Now it's a couple dozen weird ingredients that they can't call ice cream, and it's awful.
9/11 happened here because our government has spent over a century interfering and intentionally destroying the stability of other nations. In Central America, South America, the Middle East, and parts of Asia, pretty much every country within those regions has been damaged by our imposing sanctions or regime change. Yes, it's astounding that it took so long for someone to find a way to strike back at us here at home, and not that it finally happened.

Windows knows when it's on an external drive. The installer would insist Windows could only be installed on an internal drive, so I would have to swap out one of the SSD's on the motherboard with the drive I intended to use. After it was done, I'd switch it out to an external case with a USB-C connection. Might boot up a dozen times, more or less, then crap out. At least it never did anything to screw up the Linux drives, but they're ext4 formatted, so Windows won't recognize them.
I was installing Win10 Pro to a SSD that I would stick in an external case. Would work, for a while, but eventually would get an error and would be unable to boot, or repair it. Windows seems to be designed to know when it's installed on an external drive, and to hose itself out of spite. I gave up after the fourth time, resigned to the fact I just had to find an alternative CAD software package that I could access from Linux.
