My favorite is seafood paella and since you like seafood and you want a better recipe, I'd like to share the one that I found the best. I substitute one cup of broth for a cup of dry white wine, preferably an Albariño. It tales a while to make, but it is so worth it.
In the US, highway rest stop bathrooms are free, but they're only in the rural parts of the interstate. It's a crap shoot as to how nice/ terrible they are, mainly depending on how old they are.
Restrooms in grocery stores, department stores, shopping malls, and big home improvement stores like Home Depot and Lowe's are also free. Some gas station restrooms are also free, like Buckee's, TA, & Love's. Sure, some places have customer's only restrooms, but there are plenty of places to go for free.
My partner is an artist and decided to try it as a business for a short while. I think they sold a small painting for 250 USD and another for 180. They really hated doing art as a job and shut down the business.
