In over a decade Iâve worn swimwear, or been in or near a pool. Part of the iddie bitty titty committee and only use my femme voice for either femme purposesâŠor when dealing with phone related issues. Only got misgendered once by an employee who wasnât completely fluent in English, but he corrected himself eventually. Highly recommend. Obvi Iâd love to wear a bikini, but the euphoria from just that alone was incredible. Itâs scary, but small steps towards it makes it all the easier. Especially when most people will be indifferent or accepting. The right luckily are a small vocal minority. Be careful, but remember most people will pay no mind or easily accept youâre also just a person trying to also enjoy water and weather.
Gave the wrong library card no over the phone and the librarian said âoh they mustâve completely misheard you, itâs down as [deadname], same address and everythingâ I said âoh no thatâs my brothers card, let me find you mine weâre always getting them mixed upâ Iâm an only child. She suspected nothing. Probably.
