It depends on where you work for those tips. Fine dining and busy bars tend to do good. Though I was a bartender at one somewhat busy bar and tips were shit because the clientele were just that way. Old folks and people who spent all their money gambling on video poker mostly. Was kind of annoying when someone won big and bought the house a round but didn't tip at all or tipped $1.

But I only had that job for one year before I left to work in IT. No tips but way better pay overall.

They won't deliver FedEx Ground packages to my workplace because it takes too long. Only next day or other priority levels are delivered.

Can't really run one outside of your home network.it also requires people to set up a bit of hardware and change the DNS records in their routers, not a everyone is up for that. Especially those who just use whatever their ISP gives them.

Thomas got in because of cronyism. He was the best conspirator available. He was also appointed by a Republican President who claimed he was the best qualified. Quite the opposite of token hiring. The party accused of using DEI to subvert a meritocracy opposed his appointment (Democrats).

So in summary, the GOP is projecting its failures onto Democrats again.

I mean it sounds like DEI is about using the best talent available. Instead of narrowing your options. So DEI will become too expensive when the playing field is even.

He might suck, but you know it wasn't his decision right?
