One detail which is often missed: in January 2021 when Robinhood and other brokers were forced to make GME position-close only there was a lot of focus on Apex clearing firm but at the time we all missed the capital waver for Instinet/Nomura which was multiple times larger than the waver for Apex. I’ll need to hunt again for the original DD but definitely worth a read!
