This looks like a college "suite" apartment. These are pretty common in the US in my experience, where four people who probably don't know each other are expected to share a unit but not individual bathrooms. I've never rented one of these, but they're usually overpriced too.
Not to absolve him of all the blame, but having probably the least talented roster in the league and a rookie starting QB has never resulted in many wins.
