100% this. My first manager at my current job was in middle management at the time and is far and away the best manager I've ever had and one key reason I've stayed at my current job for nearly 10 years. He kept the typical corporate bullshit away and allowed his team to thrive. He's a director now but thankfully the managers under him have maintained a similar philosophy.
Big Bad Wolf - BGW
King Cobra - King's Island
Mean Streak - Cedar Point
TTD - Cedar Point
T2 - Kentucky Kingdom
Twisted Twins - Kentucky Kingdom
Also Kentucky Kingdom's boomerang I think is defunct?
King Cobra was surprisingly fun as I recall, I'd love to know what I think now.
Edit - I can also give an honorable mention to Mantis at CP along with Chang at Kentucky Kingdom.
Pennsylvania has choice of electricity provider. You pay a line maintenance fee to the line owner of a few cents per kWh, then you have a choice of dozens of providers for the electricity itself.
Gerslauer or Vekoma making Volcano 2.0 would have been my pick for KD's Volcano replacement but this looks awesome too. Fills a need for the park's lineup perfectly.
I like that all access passes will work at more parks now but that's about the only positive I see here. Terrible news for fans of Intimin and especially RMC. Hopefully Great Adventure continues maintaining El Toro and Kingda Ka but I'm not overly hopeful for either ride.
I'm skeptical but I wouldn't think the WSJ would make this up. Assuming Cedar Fair runs things this might not be terrible, especially for top tier SF parks. I have some concern about lack of competition but with so many other regional parks, plus Sea World building coasters like it's the early 2000s there's no monopoly with this merge.
Anyone using Android having trouble blocking a user try the Liftoff app. It allows user blocking from the main page via the 3 dots menu. I've blocked a bunch of these annoying repost bots and it greatly enhances the Lemmy experience.
Hopefully the new trains work better for the ride than the floorless trains on Firebird. I'd much rather see them RMC Roar but any improvement at SFA is welcome since it's been so neglected for years.
Makes Trump seem almost OK in comparison.... Almost. It's crazy to me that I can make the argument that he's only the third worst Republican president of my lifetime.
Very solid addition for Dorney. I'm bummed this doesn't have a mid course and second dive drop but I'm sure it'll be a huge crowd pleaser for the park.
The only positive thing I can say about the name is this makes RMC look like naming creative geniuses and I previously would have said their names were worst in the business. As for the new ride experience, this just looks meh. There will still be no air time, calling the part after the first launch a "rollback" is a complete joke, capacity will be terrible, and it won't be fun to watch anymore. I also think it's funny CP thinks going with Zamperla, a company who has never done anything remotely close to this ambitious, is going to fix reliability issues.
It's anxiety from Inside Out 2.

When did Lemmy become a carbon copy of Reddit? This is 100% true yet is down voted like crazy.
I love this! To me SkyRush's restraints hurt too badly to make the ride worth it. This is essentially like Hershey adding another coaster for me!

Katrina's winds had weakened to 125mph sustained when it made landfall.
She also said it was Russian propaganda that should be investigated by the FBI in an interview on CNN.

I'd be good with a Gravity Group retrack instead but I prefer Wild One for both its layout and smoothness over Roar.

Does she have 2 dew claws on each back foot? If so she's a Great Pyranees.

How the Universe Works and American Truck Simulator. Could be interesting...
