I could not make lidarr work with my music tastes so I spent a couple of days prototyping with spotdl to get this working correctly and ended with the current version of the ripper
I run it once a week to get the new favs and weekly playlist

Just released an update that should take care of most of the libraries requirement for you. Just follow the instructions and it should work
