I don't have much experience with Plasma, but I have been using Wayland (sway) exclusively for over a year. I had a lot of issues in the beginning, but I have been able to find Wayland native solutions for everything and these days I really don't even think about it.
So glad there are at least a few people here interested in this. I deleted my reddit account yesterday and it's too exciting of a time not to talk about it.

Linux, OpenSUSE Tumbleweed to be precise. Best rolling release distro in my opinion.
