I do. Because if there’s room to my right, I can shift over, let someone pass, then move back to the left. It’s not like it takes effort to do it. To be clear I agree about city streets though - I think pretty much everyone will agree there. This is highway rules only (where the signs are saying to keep right).

You’re not far off. It’s kinda like NVIDIA is the architect who designs the house while TSMC are the guys who actually build it.

The reason for that split is that maintaining fabs (the facilities which actually produce the chips with EUV machines) is insanely expensive and requires much different staff, resources, and expertise than doing the chip design itself.

The documentation required to obtain a REAL ID is federally mandated (proof of identity, citizenship, and residency), whereas previously all states kinda did their own thing. Additionally, there are required verification services for those documents (when possible), e.g. passports have to get verified through the US Passport Verification System, etc.
