I have put almost 30hrs into the Guildrun demo. It's a PvE autobattler in the same vein as TFT, Autochess and DOTA Underlords.

Before that I 100%'ed Wayfinder which was really a better game than I was expecting. Was pretty darn good value for £3!

Now, probably today, I'm going to try to set up my own World of Warcraft Legion server in Docker or Podman.

Retch, meaning to vomit, is still a word in use nowadays, just infrequently. As the other commenter said, it's definitely a spelling error.

I couldn't identify one of those if it flew into my face xD

It may help others though if you were to give a rough idea of what part of the world you're in!

Thanks Demigodrick for all your work! Thanks also to the other admins and moderators for keeping this place running!

I spend a fair bit of time here so I've set up a recurring donation to help out. Hopefully you're able to break even on the costs.

Cheers

It's a license to own a copy of the game because you're not buying the actual game.

A license is ownership. That's how all software has always worked, same as music and movies.

What remains to be seen is if courts will enforce the ownership in the light of the anti-consumer practices by publishers and developers removing people's access to that which they have purchased.

This is a great video explaining everything from the guy who started Stop Killing Games.

The person above me said a majority voted for it and I corrected them. I'm not sure what relevance your comment has to our exchange.

“Of the people who didn’t bother to make a choice at all, maybe most of those didn’t want this” is not a compelling argument.

It's just as well I didn't make that argument then. I don't appreciate being strawmanned.

We have a “teenage” robin (I don’t know the correct term) ...

I think adolescent would be the right word. They're interchangeable for humans but I'm guessing that Robin isn't at least 13 years old xD

Some real bangers are also a part of the line up. Mini-open-world explorathon A Short Hike, world-manipulating puzzler Arranger, feathered Tony Hawk-alike Skatebird, and low-poly horror platformer The Sirena Expedition are definitely highlights, but there's all sorts of hidden gems hiding in a list this vast, no matter if you're into queer dating sims, twin-stick shooters, bullet hell shooters and beyond.
