Ever since space tourism, capitalism has corrupted space. So, yeah, I guess the afterlife is all that's left (assuming plenary indulgences were bullshit).
As others have noted, they benefit from you being a continued customer - not finding a forever match. What better way to achieve that then never letting you match a real human at all?
Cool. Source your facts. I can say random bullshit that was on TV, too, and call it facts. The difference needed to be taken seriously is providing sources. That's how intelligent discourse works.
Nice low-effort regurgitation of Fox News talking points already disregarded as being bad takes without offering any additional proof. Some of these probably have some mild value here, nor that they measure up to GOP levels of corruption, but "autopen"? Seriously?
Note that the computer that made that simulated world for Moriarty is itself a (usually) language-driven AI. Not making a real point here, just noting the humor in it.
Number. If I glance twice just a couple minutes apart, I know there's an unusual drain going on and know to look for problem apps/processes I forgot to disable when done with them.
Also the number just feels like more direct communication to me than a graphic and is easier to make choices with. It's not quite the same thing, but when I look at a clock I don't want to see "5:30ish", I want to know if its 5:28 or later so I can start my end of workday process.
That assumes he thinks the people are right that his actions warrant consequences. He can be aware it's about him but also think they are wrong about his actions being a problem.
The whole thing about eating disorders is that no part of it is about enjoyment. Generally they're psychological/other issues that ends up skewing how the person views and interacts with food on a fundamental level.
You may be missing just how skewed the information sources are for so many people. When their most trusted sources consistently weave the narrative that all the horrors of ICE are negative spin and lies, then it's easier for those people to assume the real people and other news sources in their life telling them something closer to objective truth are parroting corrupted information. It isn't until they see it in front of them, impacting someone they know for sure isn't evil/a criminal/a threat, that they truly come face to face with the possibility that they were lied to by those they most trusted.

You do you, you funky echidna.
The coder also couldn't fix it. Or wouldn't.
My response when I saw this again a week or two ago was "the answer is 0%, but only if you don't pick it."
"Just don't pick an red-hatred idiot" took me a sec to parse.
At least OP said women and not "females".

Look, you. Not all of us are en the know about how to spell names.

So, number because spectrum.

Negative Kelven regards,
Ghosts are way more eco-friendly than AI, and way less tied up in billionaire wealth.
