I was wondering about this too, but I'm not an engineer so I would have to look up how to calculate this

I would guess that the low surface area would lead to problems. At first it would cool very well because of the huge thermal mass, but once it reaches thermal equilibrium the cooling would be quite weak.

Russia is part of the global north. Most of Russia's territory is made up of colonies. You can not be pro Russia and anti imperialist at the same time.

I disagree. Renewables have been growing exponentially for years. Its already making an impact in some countries, sadly way less in others.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. Russia has way less industrial output than the EU. Russia is more imperialist than the EU. EU is shifting right, but is still wayyy to the left of Russia. Saying we should align with Russia is like saying we should align with turkey. Or Saudi Arabia.

Only major industries Russia has are weapons (we sell those, they are a competitor) and fossil fules (we are in the process of not using them)

All the former eastern block countries (including east Germany, also Yugoslavia) are stereotyped as poor, which carries further stereotypes of criminality, stupidity and general backwardness. There are old German jokes about how poles will steal your car for example.

I would say that its slowly getting better as the economic situation of our direct neighbours improves, but that may well be my bubble, wich is mostly made up of university students. Far right parties are on the rise and I doubt their voters have very nuanced views about any foreigners

on Opinions on 9x9 for beginners · c/baduk · 2 pts · 243d

This post is two years old so idk if you are still alive, but imo it makes sense for beginners to play on 9x9 until they notice almost all ataris and second line cuts, and know a bit about making living groups. I think it can be frustrating to ruin a 19x19 game because you missed a huge atari, but on 9x9 the game was almost over anyway
