I was already picturing German Shepherds running at people with tasers in their mouth.

Because if they do, it's either they never listen, either the advisers are at least as delusional and that's even more baffling.
Oh, i get it, this makes more sense to me now. Yeah i think first amendment is freedom of speech and the right to assemble around some idea I guess.
