It's a red flag for as long as longevity in a relationship goes. If everyone is on board and knows the likely outcome then it just is what it is. Have fun and party ways. But, it sounds like the end goal for her might be to get married and do the "live happily ever after" thing. Then yes it's a red flag in the sense that she would likely be wasting her time.

This doesn't mean you're a bad person, imo. Especially since you let her know your history and each outcome. And, it's pretty reasonable for her to be hesitant to commit if she knows it's not likely going to last because you will inevitably get bored.

Just my 2 cents anyway.

discreetly? before being 100% work from home, i used to stream my tv with plex with my tablet on my desk. I'd usually just put one earbud in and leave the other ear to hear people if they needed me.

In highschool however (back in the late 90s) i used to listen to music from my walkman by fishing the corded earbuds from my pants pocket and in thru my sleeve. I'd hold the earbuds in my hand and the oversized hoodie sleeve would conceal everything perfectly. I'd rest my head in my hand with the earbuds and I'd look like any other student getting their work done.

You mentioned your generation so ill put myself as xennial.

I dont use tobacco at all. Never seen the appeal of it myself.

I have a beer on occasion and sometimes use wine in cooking.

I use weed regularly for sleep and shoulder pain

Hate is a strong word, i don't feel strongly enough about an os to really hate it. I still use a Windows 10 pc for my music production since all of my vsts work there and continue working there even after updates and whatever else.

My daily driver is running pop os. my main reason for switching was just a personal disagreement with the direction windows was going back around 2021ish when they were talking about integrated advertising in the file explorer. Linux was always something I wanted to get to learning so the timing just seemed right to switch over.

I tried for awhile to make osmc work on an raspi4 for media playing and it was always just.. not quite there.

I ended up going with a Ebay mini pc with Plex on it and stream to my TV with a Roku stick. Just worked so much better without much effort on my part.

Huh I always thought ventoy was just another iso to usb writer. I've been totally sleeping on the fact it can hold a bunch of isos and installs them directly. That's so handy

I upgraded to this chip from a 5600g, there was much more improvement than I was expecting. Nothing life changing but a good boost nonetheless. It smoothed out a lot of frame rate drops in my games and is quite capable for productivity workloads.

Only issue now I gotta watch my heat a little more since I went from a 65w CPU to the 105w CPU built in a fractal node 202. Still running my stock cooler for the 5600g.
