Tis a little confusing? Cali makes most of the surgeries covered here, some covered with just a ten dollar copay. Kaiser has really good trans care and other places are aiming to actually compete with them. That said of the friends I have in Oregon (ftm and mtf) the results are pretty darn good as well.

Was honestly expecting NPR to be saying this about themselves. Honestly though it is really nice to hear of their success with these. At first I thought wtf but it stayed around, happy for them :3
Nothing yet, last week I did meal a meal prep of a high protein dish. Was chickpea pasta, air fried chicken (seasoned with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, pepper?), And a sauce based on parmesan, milk, tomato paste and cottage cheese? If I were to do it again I'd add some olive oil to the sauce, less cottage cheese and make it my own a bit more :3
I follow a few artists on Patreon and this just seems another kick in the teeth for them :c cuts down on their ability to connect and reach out to their audience etc. Unless they both are paying. I'm just drifting more to Lemmy since... Well so far it's a good for me
I'm doing good, great even :3 New job and all and just completed the second week of it. Legit happy with the new place, steep pay increase, great team, lots of respect and value at the area, everything. What's fun is I spent a ton of time reviewing something that I knew of it's general existence and how it works thanks to another previous crappy job I had XD
