I had the same issue on my E3V3 KE, the 3510 fan had a hard time spinning (free of debris), ordered a new one and replaced it. Had the same issue in the past with other 4010 fans that Creality uses. I think you had a bad fan to start with.
You could host your own instance, that way you're completely in control. I'm also doing that, just because I don't want people(mods, owners) to decide for me who I interact with or not.

Mijn ervaring is, duidelijke afspraken maken aan het begin van het jaar, in dit geval. Zwart op wit vastleggen, al is het maar voor de vorm. Dit moet dan wel individueel per leerling gedaan worden. Wellicht dat je dan meer draagvlak kan creëren.
Een mooie kans om gelijk een lesje "verantwoordelijkheid nemen" mee te geven.
