Haven't been there since 2012, so my opinion may vary. But it depends on the stage/artist. There's like a dozen stages with each one having their own scheduled DJs. Some DJs barely talk, whiles others don't stop talking. I would say the mainstage is more likely to have a talker for a DJ.
