Gmaps WV does use your location. It should prompt you to allow location when you tap the bullseye icon. It doesn't do spoken turn by turn navigation, however.

CDMA and GSM are both dead in the US. However MVNOs, who contracturally not allowed to mention the name of the MNO they operate on, have adopted the convetion of using CDMA to refer to Verizon and GSMT or GSMA to refer to T-Mobile or AT&T.
It doesn't really work as expected on the desktop either.
On the web, homepage typically means the page that's displayed on the root domain url, kbin.social, for example.
I think the expectation is that setting the homepage to subscribed means that the root domain page should only show threads from subscribed communities
That's wierd. If auto ration is disabled at the Android system level I don't think it's possible for an app or a web page to overide that. Are you sure auto rotation is off in Settings or Quick settings?

Tracfone (AT&T SIM) is my main provider. It has been very reliable which is good because support is useless.
I use Dent for free data that you earn by watching ads. When I had an issue with missing promotional data CS fixed it promptly. There are a lot of outages but I have Tracfone to fall back on.
I'm trailing MobileX has a possible replacement if Tracfone goes FUBAR. It mostly works. I've had issues with the app and with outages but support has resolved them competently and quickly.
