Good point. But curious why did he decide to come out after being radio silent for quite long time and get involved in Apple's war specialy given that he is now CEO of a public traded company. Trying to capitalize by siding with common people? His personal opinion? Who knows!

Offices are half empty. Main street footfall is shrinking. These zones are high premiun rents, owned by REITs and other comercial founds. If they are not occupied and ppl is not consuming on the next door shops, assets value is gone down. More colateral is going to be asked from their lenders.
Also, municipalities don't want to lose population as this can result on less budget from government..
Of course they are going to put pressure on their CEO buddies to have spenders back to office.

DRS gives you the full ownership of you shares. It takes it from street name to your name. This applies to any stock. In theory it removes the shares from being available for Shorts.
No one really knows what % is going to trigger anything. Common sense would assume 100% is the limit but afaik it never happens before. I want to believe that much before it reaches 100% something will happens but I am prepared for all kind of fuckery. Don't forget curruption is spread like an octopus across a vast spectrum of entities.
There is normal fatigue given there is no major news. Retail has finite money, and naturally we are going to see less and less DRS numbers. I agree DRS is one of the very few things Retail can and should do. We need to be patients and see how this play ends.
I am quite happy with Cohen's silence but after the latest and unexpected changes, especially the CEO replacement, I would expect some more feedback from them.
No question, Market is completely rigged and controlled by a few and that can be seen by the erratic movements that repeatedly occur in trading. But I am starting to suspect that none really knows exactly what's happening behind the scenes. I wouldn't be much surprised if Algo's took over control.

They are better than expected but not beyond amazing. Still on the red, and must be sustainable. But seems to be on the right path.
