36 here and 20 years after diagnosis. Somehow my brain still believes it’s a personal failing. At least we’re not alone!

I took dexadrine for 10 of them and I didn’t feel Like a different person… I wouldn’t worry about it, it might make a big difference for you. Also therapy is pretty neat.

I went though college at 25… it’s pretty weird. 35 now and industry. I always pushed those feelings aside because judging yourself doesn’t get you closer to your goal. One foot in front of the other and focus on your goal. If it’s getting in your way consider therapy it helped me a bunch in school and imposter syndrome after getting a job.
