What better advice is there? The government doesn't control the price of housing or food. Sure the "war" in Iran isn't helping, Trump isn't helping with his tariffs but in general the better advice is to stop complaining and to do something about one's own life.
That has nothing to do with capitalism.
Better job or a roommate. The unemployment isn't high so really there isn't a problem.
