Does anyone know a way to export the profile through an API?

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking for or even if it will work but I found a tool for migrating accounts:

https://github.com/wescode/lemmy_migrate

To answer your other question, I find the site can be accessed briefly on evenings, night time. If you want to log in you could try using one of the alternative front ends for Lemmy such as Voyager, Alexandrite or Photon.

They work on both desktop and mobile browsers but they won't allow you to export account data.

Jerboa on Android, still works for me, so I use it to access here.

That's totally fine! For a similar reason I have an account on Feddit.de, it's a fun way to learn the language throught the memes. Had to unfollow the community from my other instances though. πŸ˜…

Hehe then don't forget to make your back ups before month end!

It's very sad to see Feddit.ch go! I want to thank you for the great 8 months I've had here and all the time you dedicated towards the running of the instance. All the best!πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈ

This felt very raw, real, and brutally honest, I applaud Ren for sharing their experience, thoughts and feelings in this format.

Thank you for sharing! I've never heard of the artist before but I want to hear more of them now.

I'm sorry to hear about your episode, I hope the time away is helping and that you will feel better soonβ™₯️.

This week I'd like to dive more into the self-help material that I have and to also set a combo of long and short term goals.

Thank you for creating this community, I had hoped for one to pop up here on Lemmy.

I'm not diagnosed myself but I've many of the symptoms which tend to manifest about 2 weeks before the start of my period. I hate what it does to my mood, the lethargy it brings and the way I lose interest in many of the things that I like doing. It's so hard to cook or be around others and I swear I lose IQ points too. What I really would like is to manage this condition, so I can reclaim my life.

Thank you for sharing what personally helps you with your BDD as a male. I'm sure that many others out there still aren't in the know about the technique, so it's great on you to try to change that by speaking about it here! What's more, it's backed by the experts too, I made sure to bookmark DermNet myself.

Thank you for the shout out too in your post, it makes me happy that the video could help you make your points.

Whoo that sounds kind of thrilling then hehe, definitely will give it a try one of these days!

Oh I see, you must have a good technique as well, I can see how reassuring all those factors are for you, I am glad!

You're welcome, it's good to hear that your mood has improved some! πŸ˜€

I think that's a great idea, hope it helps!

To answer your question, I can do about 10 mins if I'm not doing a guided meditation, I'm not sure how long it takes me to do a body scan on my own since I tend to do it around bed time to help me fall asleep.

Maybe you could start with a short meditation like the 5-10 mins ones on Youtube and ease into longer ones if that's what you'd want. Also you could experiment with different styles of meditation to help find one that's best suited to you. Personally I'm fond of R.A.I.N and Body Scan Meditation and Yoga Nidra. However you might like a walking meditation or a mantra based one, there are several!

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that BDD has you down, I hope as of today that you're feeling better.

I was listening to some BDD recoveries stories from the BDD Foundation podcast and they gave me some hope.

Also I did meditation after a long time, it felt really good, too often I forget to be kind to myself.

Go-karting sounds like a lot of fun! Do the vehicles move very fast?

I'm glad your make-up stayed in tact too, seemingly putting you at ease.

For me, there is grief in having to explain to others why I don't want to go.
