Photoprism is what I use. running on a truenas scale server. I find it does a better job in replicating the "google photos" user experience with it's facial recognition and metadata processing.
Can confirm, I worked as a vendor for both OR facilities and various laboratories. It's something I've been thinking of for a while, actually. Single use plastics are so important to both areas of healthcare I don't see how we can reduce their usage. It's one of the few cases I know where not using plastic has a risk of actually killing a number of people due to inferior quality or cross contamination.
I just got back from seeing U2 there and I gotta say that's a pretty big understatement. It definitely catches peoples attention outside and inside the theater has probably the craziest visuals and a really nice sounding audio setup. You don't need to wear ear plugs and the concessions are fairly quiet so you can talk to people when getting a drink.
Well it's the same capsule so you caaaaann. But without the pop filter it can sound kinda poppy.

I use my echo dots in this exact way! There really isn't a great whole home audio system out there that can compete with it.
