I'm a bit confused on lemmy instances. I thought I saw that you can join an instance with an account you've made on another one? For example, some people will have "theirname@beehaw.org" on other instances. How does that work exactly? You can't just sign in?
Gotcha. At least you can still access and comment on other instances.
Did you try subscribing instead? Once you sign up for one instance, you don't have to sign up for another. I only signed up for beehaw.
I wrote two or three sentences I think, got accepted quickly. Maybe they're dealing with an influx of applications.
I don't think it matters. We're just chatting on the internet, who cares about proper formatting and such. You do you!
