Appreciate the Piefed Devs are continuing the series on explaining their design choices and letting admins/users know how they can enable/disable select features.
Sometimes a server drops out for a day or two before jumping back in, not sure the cause (maybe down when their server is pinged or the response is too slow?). Looks like it's back up on the Mbin server list though.
To answer your question though, I've had a good results contacting the Fediverse Observer Dev on their Mastodon account. They usually get back to me within the day (apparently I was the first person to use their site's API).
Alternatively, If you want to report a bad/duplicate server, if you click on the server, at the bottom of the page, there is a "Flag This Server" button. You need to put in a reason, but it usually gets the server removed after a day or two.
That would make sense. TheMightyCat did say it would be a while before his additions would make it into the stable branch.
I recall one of his recent posts talking about the call audio routing issue and how he was able to solve it, but who knows, maybe an issue will pop up somewhere or I'm misunderstanding what he said in his posts.

FP6+ makes sense. I initially figured you wouldn't go for the FP5, because I don't immediately see it for sale on the Fairphone website or anywhere else.
By the way, I think it's really cool you're going to be offering FP6 w/ PostMarketOS in the near future. My phone is still in good working order (and don't want to create needless e-waste), but not excited about the Google lock-down, so may be looking to switch out in the next year. Depends if I can get any decent price for my phone, otherwise probably ride it until its closer to death or the google lock-down becomes too rough.
Looking at the PostMarketOS Wiki for Fairphone 5, it looks like audio, camera, calls, nfc, and fingerprint are all partial or broken.
themightycat@ani.social has been able to get audio, calls, and NFC working on the Fairphone 6. According to him, he is currently working on the camera(s) with another developer and also going to try and get the fingerprint reader working too).
I'm not sure how compatible they are, but it might be worth asking if he could look at porting the Fairphone 6 to Fairphone 5 for people. Alternatively, all his additions are open source, so someone else could take a look and see if they are portable.
I don't fully understand the differences (besides quota and censorship removal), and that's most of the reason I was asking for the table.
So, I'm not sure I can suggest much. Maybe instead of a table, just put a list of prominent quality of life changes and then a statement about removing the quotas and censorship?
Hmm... I found a user with 1474 Followers. Looking through the followers, it seems vernissage has inter-connectivity with pixelfed and mastodon. I tried to follow the vernissage account from my mastodon account, but couldn't immediately figure out how to do it (could be my lack of skill/knowledge though).

If you like vernissage, I'd suggest keeping with it.
There's only about 250 MAUs so far vs ~100k on pixelfed. So, it'll probably be a bit before you're able to get a larger number of vernissage followers.
Although, I think I saw a vernissage post on the threadiverse a couple days ago, so if the interoperability is there, you'd have access to potentially the threadiverse's ~45k MAUs.
I personally would like to follow vernissage accounts and view their feeds/communities (?) from the threadiverse. Piefed is adding following mastodon accounts, so vernissage accounts may be possible too.
Personally, I think news and memes are already covered and aren't in critical need of more posters.
I'd say whatever you are interested in should be what you contribute. Make a little corner of the fediverse for yourself and then show it off to everyone.
If it's something niche, I'd suggest posting to the niche community and then cross-posting in a larger, relevant community.
If you're interested in learning more about the Mexican Revolution, the "Revolutions" podcast (season 9) by Mike Duncan is great. Zapato features in it, along with some other potentially known figures like Pancho Villa.

The "Revolutions" podcast was pitched to me as "listen to a historian get radicalized". The first two seasons (English and American revolutions) don't have as much depth as he wanted so he switched up the format and goes in deep for the following seasons. I can't speak for his "Revolutions" podcast, but his previous "History of Rome" was at an equivalent university course's depth of information, so I expect his "Revolutions" season 3+ had the same level of information.
The seasons/revolutions do kind of build of each other (chronologically), so I think its best to start at the beginning, but I think Mike does a good enough job of bringing people up to speed if they didn't listen to any previous season/revolution. The most important/relevant previous season for the Mexican Revolution is probably the decolonization of Central and South American (season 5).
I think of history as a story, but understand if these are not what you're looking for:
Revolutions by Mike Duncan, or if you are more interested in Rome, The History of Rome by Mike Duncan.
