After looking at the picture a little closer, there’s not much room in that case for the rigid portion of the USB connector when it’s plugged in. I think your best bet would be flip the drive so the USB port is facing up (towards the end of the zipper) and plug in the cable and zip the case like 80-90% closed. Good luck!
Punch or drill a small hole in the top or bottom of the clamshell for the cable to pass through while the case is completely zipped, or just run the cable out where the zipper ends. Like zip it 99% of the way closed leaving room for the cable to exit.
I would just let her calm down. If she reads your response with a clear head she’ll probably realize that he was the instigator and you were just being polite.
You did nothing wrong. Your sister is just mad at her husband and incorrectly directing her anger at you too. He probably shouldn’t be flirting with you unless everyone involved (including spouses) is fine with that. Your response was not flirtatious or inappropriate in my opinion.
Ask him open ended questions about what he likes or finds interesting. Ask him about times when he was afraid for his life or the most memorable vacation he’s been on. Ask him about his goals or aspirations, embarrassing or funny stories, where he’d most like to travel, etc. Conversation flows more naturally when people are talking about something they’re excited about and you might learn more about him when he describes his past or feelings or wishes. You can use the info you learn to ask follow-up questions. Just make sure to actively listen and let him talk. Don’t just be thinking of what you want to say next. Maybe he’s afraid to open up to you or look dumb. Show him that you can be vulnerable and share a funny embarrassing thing that happened to you.
