It's a fine balance between providing information and overexplaining. Like I don't want to hand-hold the player for several minutes ^^' Or give them a wall of text to read.

What do you mean "find it again"? The tutorial you can bring up with the ?-button on the top right, everywhere there is one, even in minigames. Or do you mean you saw a resource on the map earlier and want to find it again? Resources do go away over time and new ones pop up (though anything close to you shouldn't go away, so something that is right next to you should never just vanish).

The edge markers do show how far away you are from a resource. Like below 25m, 50m, 75m and so on.

But I had to remove a full on tracking UI as resources are spread evenly across the world. Pokemon Go curates spots only near streets (and trains drones on the data, lol).

With too much tracking going on I could get into legal trouble if some kid decides to break into private property or runs on some train tracks..

Have you never played Pokemon Go before? It's a GPS game, the entire game world is mapped to the real world. If you walk North in the real world you walk North in the game.

The app only runs when it's open, but you could open it, see there's nothing there, close it, walk 100 meters in a direction, then open it again. Or keep it open and it vibrates your phone if something new pops up.

Best thing you can do is download the street map in the game, then just go for a walk and see what you find :)

The tutorial should have spawned those two resources and an NPC for you, but maybe it got messed up? If you haven't played yet, you can reset your game storage and try again. 3 things should be visible on the map for you on the first start.

When you first start the game a tutorial should pop up?

Looks like this (without the debug joystick):

You pick up ingredients, brew potions and sell them to merchants. It's like Pokemon Go, you walk in the real world, you move in the game. For orientation you can download your local street map (top left button), if you want. The square resources are minigames (5 different ones at the moment), some events are also on the map you can find.

No "goal", get money, reputation, buy buildings, buy decorations for your neighborhood, buy skins, pets, buffs, earn achievements, ..

Heh, do you mean the brewing grinder or the mill (where you make the powder)? There are some tricks to it, play it more like billiards for the mill minigame. And use a bit more speed if you want to destroy an effect ball, way easier then :)

To be honest the material type doesn't count at all for brewing at the moment, it just decides on the minigame you play when harvesting.

One small trick: The filters build on each other, so for example if you filter for healing, then for protection, then for energy it always sorts for healing first, then for the most protection, then for energy last. That way you can really narrow your search down.

I do need a better idea for mulching though, as you say it can be tough with a lot of ingredients. Personally I check which effects I have the most/the least of (with the filters). Also any ingredient that has mixed positive/negative effects (if not requested by Druids) can also either be mulched or milled into a purer powder.

All ears if you got a good idea how to manage inventory :)

Glad you're enjoying it! 💚

When you update to the newest game version the little extra space at the top will be gone too. Oh and you can select the sapphire color in the face rune shop (all the way to the bottom, there's now also copper, silver and gold) :D

I do have my own names for them, but they aren't visible in the game :)

Pairs from left to right:

Healing - Poison

Cure - Curse

Protection - Brittle

Clarity - Confusion

Energy - Slow (though I often confuse myself and call it Stamina instead)

I should be able to get a big update out before the weekend :)

Here's a sneak peek, hopefully there's now a suitable companion for every player.

What would really help me out: Could you write a short review for the app? It got plenty of ratings, but Google hides all of them until 5 written reviews are there ^^'
