I love how a terrible event perpetrated by someone trusted to not inflict prejudice or harm on the community has actually seemed to bring everyone together in a huge meta event.

The band members from Priest and Mindless Self Mindless on posters from different shows I went to. Nothing crazy special but I liked each band enough to go see them and get autographs.
I’m ditching BI after years of use after they recently updated the iPhone app which broke me connecting remotely.
And yes, the AI has gone way downhill with each update, be it DeepStack/CPAI/integrated.
I just picked up a Ubiquiti fiber cloud gateway and a camera to start moving over to that ecosystem instead, as my camera feeds are important to me when not at home.
“Sorry boss, my car is the one who decided to respond to that client email with AI CSAM” is absolutely going to be an uttered phrase at some point with this shit.
Getright was my bae in the dial-up days. Saved so many large anime downloads when someone called and broke the connection due to call waiting. Or when the speeds tapered off over the hours and I had to re-dial my ISP.
Made the content I downloaded feel more special and kept my focus more than all this instant gratification nowadays.
It’s not meth and that’s a terrible lie to continue to perpetuate. I wish I had that being younger. I didn’t get my diagnosis and Ritalin until my 30s and I cried the first time taking it, it was such a relief while also incredibly frustrating knowing I could have been so much more in previous decades.
I’m about to block every cm0002 account I see, this is the lowest effort crap I have seen lately, and it’s worse than the account that was pasting this everywhere without the added link.
They dropped the first one while it was still hot. There was nothing wrong with it and it was quite fun.
The fact they can’t even stand behind any of these changes they announce makes me unwilling to invest time into their products as they could rug pull yet again any moment.
